Current Works

Here is a sampling of my creative work. It is here that I explore the edges of my thought as expressed through my ceramic work. From the external world, through the filter of my mind, and then again through the filter of my fingers in the clay. The clay is a partner in this process; as is the alchemy of the glazes in the heat of the kiln. There is a precision in the mixture of raw materials that determines the particular colour and texture of a glaze. There is also an element of random chance that works its way into the process. There is a dance that goes on to a music created by silica and alumina.  I hope you enjoy the dance and music of my art.
